What are Fracttal Users?

It is important to differentiate between Labor Resources, Users Requestors. Let's look at each one briefly:

  • Labor Resources: This refers to both in-house as well as third party/ vendor resources to which work can be assigned and who will carry out the tasks specified on your work orders.
  • Users: Also known as Active/Paid users. This refers to people within or outside of your organization that have registered on the Fracttal system in order to access the features and functionalities of the CMMS platform. These users are added from either your in-house personnel list or contractors service providers list uploaded to Fracttal. In both cases certain user access rights/ permissions can be assigned to these types of users in order to limit what a user can or cannot do within your CMMS.
  • Requestors: Same as with the active users, you can assign people from your in-house personnel or service provider list to this type of user. However, this type of user will be limited to creating Work Requests only as well as see the status of the request raised by them. This type of user is not charged to your account, however there are a limited number of these user types available based on the service pack you selected. The requestor user is very handy for facilities management or service providers that want to allow their customers to log requests for work without giving them access to the whole CMMS system.

Is there any limit in the amount of information I can store in Fracttal?

Due to our flexible, innovative and state of the art platform, there is no limit on the storage of maintenance related/transactional data. Fracttal CMMS can store and back up all your data for as long as you use the system. The only storage limitation currently in affect is that of documents uploaded to the platform and the limit is determined by the service pack chosen. Although unlikely, should there ever be a need to increase the document storage space of your system, this is very easily done at a minor additional monthly cost. Please speak to one of our customer success managers/consultants regarding any concerns you have regarding this.
