Integrated processes

The integration of Fracttal One with Dynamics allows you to efficiently manage your inventories and keep the information always updated.

The processes you can integrate are:

Warehouse information

• Replicate in Fracttal One the information about spare parts or components (stock, costs, new parts) found in your ERP.
• Create material requisitions in Dynamics, according to the spare parts requested by the technician in a work order in Fracttal One.
• Update the delivered quantity in Fracttal One based on the actual quantity of items delivered by your ERP to the technician.
• Create return requests to your ERP for the resources that were not used.

• Replicate in Dynamics the work orders create in Fracttal One
• Insert the identifier of the Dynamics work orders into the notes of the work orders in Fracttal One.
• Include in the work orders of Dynamics the resources and costs used in the work orders of Fracttal One.
• Close the work orders when they have been completed in Fracttal One.

Work requests

• Automatically create work requests in Fracttal One with the information provided from notifications/events in Dynamics.
• Communicate the status of the work request in Fracttal One to monitor its progress and mark the evento/alarm as completed.
