Requirements:
Have SAP® PI/PO or SAP® Service Layer or SAP® Cloud Platform or an RFC connection or REST-type web services.
Integrated processes
This integration enables an automatic information updating between platforms. It integrates information from your warehouses, inventories and work orders into Fracttal One.
You can integrate the following processes between SAP® PM and Fracttal One:
Warehouse and inventory information
- Replicate in Fracttal One the information about spare parts or components (stock, costs, new spare parts) found in your ERP.
- Create material requisitions in your ERP according to the spare parts requested by the technician in a work order in Fracttal One.
- Update the delivered quantity in Fracttal One, based on the actual quantity of items delivered by your ERP to the technician.
- Create return requests to your ERP for the resources that were not used.
Work orders information
- Replicate in SAP® PM the work orders created in Fracttal One.
- Insert the identifier of the SAP® PM work orders into the notes of the work orders in Fracttal One.
- Include in the work orders of SAP® PM the resources and costs used in the work orders of Fracttal One.
- Close the work orders when they have been completed in Fracttal One.
